Get U Better - Physiotherapy

This NHS supported app is now available to help people
in Wandsworth. It enables you to self refer into
physiotherapy should you need to. 
The app is designed work with you, alongside your GP
practice, to:
• Help you self-manage
• Help you trust your recovery
• Advise you when to seek help
• Provide you with personal and tailored journey
• Connect you to local services and treatment
• Automatically refer to physiotherapy if needed
• Guide your recovery day-by-day

Talk Wandsworth - Mental Health

This service is available to anyone over the age of 18 who is living in Wandsworth or who has a Wandsworth GP.  They can help if you are experiencing anxiety or stress, depression, bereavement or loss, sleep difficulties, anger issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, eating disorders and many other everyday problems. When you contact the service by self-referral or by referral from your GP, you will be called and booked into a telephone assessment at a time that is convenient for you. This will help the service understand your needs and to decide on the most appropriate treatment for you.
